Oktoberfest

 Germany is a very popular place to drink beer and spend enjoying all your time.

The first Oktoberfest celebrated since October 12 to October of 1810 to celebrate the marriage of Luis I of Baviera with the Princess Teresa of Sajonia-Hildburghausen. The celebration consisted in a race of horses. The Oktoberfest has a place since then in the "Theresienwiese" (also known as "Wiesn"), an open field just next to the great wall of Múnich.

Since the success of the first celebration, it kept celebrating the festival and his geginning got ahead to September to make good use of the weather. The Oktoberfest ends the first sunday of October.
